The FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server license is subscription-based, meaning it will expire if not renewed. To continue using the software without interruption, you’ll need to keep your subscription active. Renewing also ensures your software stays up to date and gives you ongoing access to priority support from our team.
With the release of a new version, you can now enter a new registration key before your current subscription expires, ensuring seamless continuity — no downtime, no reconfiguration needed.
- Connect to the FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server by clicking on the Connect to Server… button.
- Select Extend subscription from the Server menu.
- Choose how you want to extend your subscription validity, either via the internet or offline.
- Select Extend subscription validity by entering a registration key if you have it, alternatively select Extend subscription validity entering purchase details if you don’t.
- If you choose to Extend your subscription validity via the internet and the provided information is correct, you have successfully extended the validity of your subscription. If you encounter an issue, ensure your registration key or your purchase details have been entered correctly.
- If you want to extend the subscription validity offline, first you’ll need to create an offline subscription validity request and then enter the confirmation code, as outlined in the FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server registration article.
