The comparison threshold allows for minor differences in files’ last-modified time when using directory comparison.
In theory, files are marked as ‘equal’ if they have the exact same last-modified time.
However, there might be a number of reasons for timestamps to be slightly out of sync while the contents of the files are exactly the same.
To modify FileZilla/FileZilla Pro’s timestamp threshold in directory comparison mode:
- In the main menu, click on Edit > Settings….
- Select Interface > File lists from the menu on the left.
- Change the number in the Comparison threshold field.
- Click on OK.
