If the support team requests a minidump of the server process, follow these steps to create it:
- Download the Process Explorer from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer
- Install and run Process Explorer as an administrator.
- Locate filezilla-server.exe in the processes list.
- Right-click filezilla-server.exe and choose Create Dump › Create Minidump.
- Click on OK.
