How to Deregister FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server

To ensure compliance with our Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of your purchase, which impose a maximum limit on FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server registrations, if you’ve reached the maximum registration limit and need to register a further copy, it is necessary to deregister any existing installation you intend to decommission first.

Note: If you need to replace a temporary key with your registration key, or if your subscription is nearing its expiration, please follow the instructions in the article How to Renew Your FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server Subscription instead.

  1. Connect to the FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server by clicking on the Connect to Server… button.
  2. Select Deregister from the Server menu.
  3. Enter your Registration key in the Registration key field.
  4. If the registration key is correct, you have successfully deregistered your copy. If you encounter an issue, ensure your registration key has been entered correctly. Additionally, verify that you are not attempting to deregister a copy of the server that was registered with a different registration key, such as a temporary one, or vice versa.
  5. Your previous FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server registration has been successfully deregistered. You can now proceed to register a new copy without any issues.
