Setting Automatically Directory Comparison for a Connection

To configure FileZilla/FileZilla Pro to use directory comparison when it connects to a specific remote server:

  1. Open the Site Manager.

  2. Select the connection to modify.

  3. Click on the Advanced tab.

  4. Tick the Directory comparison checkbox.

  5. Click on OK.
