An organization administrator needs to grant access to FileZilla Pro on behalf of the organization. This is necessary for regular organization users to use FileZilla Pro and access their files.
Microsoft do not automatically set up OneDrive for new organization members. The user needs to access
OneDrive website before using FileZilla Pro.

Note: For OneDrive for Business and SharePoint your account is provided by your organization administrator.
To connect to OneDrive for Business or SharePoint, make sure you have the following:
- A OneDrive account;
- Your OneDrive login details (these will usually be the same as your Microsoft login).
How to access to OneDrive for Business
To grant access on behalf of the organization, follow these steps:
- Create a site entry for your OneDrive for Business connection.
- Click Connect to start the authorization process.
- Enter the organization administrator credentials.
- In the permissions requested page mark the option Consent on behalf of your organization.
- Choose Accept to grant access.
You are now connected as the organization administrator and other organization users can also use
FileZilla Pro to access their OneDrive files.
How to access to SharePoint
To grant access on behalf of the organization, follow these steps:
- Create a site for OneDrive for Business.
- Select the entry for your OneDrive for Business.
- Click Connect to initiate the authorization process.
- Enter the organization administrator credentials.
- On the permissions requested page, select the Consent on behalf of your organizationoption.
- Choose Accept to grant access.
You are now connected as the organization administrator, and other organization users can use FileZilla Pro to access their OneDrive files.
On the remote side, you will see your organization’s groups, SharePoint sites, and OneDrive files.
A regular organization user can now access their OneDrive, create a site, and initiate the authorization process. Enter your credentials, and you will see the organization’s groups, SharePoint documents you have access to, and your OneDrive files.
