If you encounter the error message “The TLS certificates of the following protocols have expired,” follow these steps based on the specific certificate mentioned:
- For Administration TLS Certificate: If the error refers to the Administration TLS certificate, navigate to Administration › Connection Security tab. Generate a new certificate using the provided options.
- For FTP TLS Certificate: If the error pertains to the FTP TLS certificate, go to Protocol Settings › FTP and FTP over TLS (FTPS) › Connection Security tab. Generate a new certificate through the available options.
Note: If you wish to reissue a self-signed certificate, you can delete the current certificate and restart FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server. It will automatically reissue any missing self-signed certificates.
