By default, FileZilla Server/FileZilla Pro Enterprise Server will use the server operating system’s support for PKCS#11, and that should work just fine. Alternatively, you can instruct FileZilla PromEnterprise Server to use one or more PKCS#11 providers, providing a means to access cryptographic capabilities on a device.
You can access PKCS#11 from the Administration Interface.
